Staff Assistant
Camryn Smith joined the Alpine Group as a Staff Assistant in February 2024. Prior to joining Alpine, she successfully pursued a degree from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights. While attending SMU, Camryn gained vast experience in advocacy spaces; she was selected to represent the face of SMU as a Student Ambassador, she served as the African American Senator in the Southern Methodist University Student Senate, as well as a Director on the Human Rights Council and was a Liaison for the University’s heralded Civil Rights Movement Tour. Camryn used her Human Rights degree as a springboard to earn an internship with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, which highlighted her first professional experience in Washington, D.C. Beyond the professional world, Camryn is a member of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Camryn is now a proud Washingtonian residing in the Capitol City.
